A young big puppy found at Happy Garden (PJ) area last night. He is wearing a brown collar. He is very scared now to reject any food and water. And he like to hide under the vehicle. I found him at the traffic light which in front of Happy Garden, when he is trying to hide under the stopping vehicle while waiting the traffic light.
