My friend's sister was supposed to keep him, but something came up and he has been with my sister for the past 4 months. We put him up for adoption but decided to keep him with my sis as a remembrance of his brave & faithful father who used to escort my sister till mid night (two nights) to find her spitz on end of June 2009 when his father was found dead in the drain on July 2009.
He is very adorable, active, brave and very attached to my sister. We treat him like part of our family.
I named him Reign but my sister changed it to Rain because she says he is quite aggresive and if the name is too strong, might be difficult to handle.
Sept 2009 Update : Rain was neutered on friday, 04-09.2009, about 4 months plus only. My sister sent him for neuter at the earliest date proposed by the vet because his behaviour is very similar to his elder brother Micah.
This Rott mixed puppy is a sensitive, intelligent and loyal animal and wants to please his owner but he is quite stubborn though, and requires more attention. Patience is an important factor in training him just like my Micah.
He does not hesitate to protect his brother Rion from Miya when he was just a 2 months old puppy. My sister dog Bei Bei & Miya dare not bully any of them anymore or else he will use his body to knock them away, he is pretty strong even he is much younger. Luckily he doesn't know how to lock his jaw like Micah when fighting with others.
Rain is the protector of puppies that fostering by my sister just like his elder sister Yuyu.
