Update: The dog has been reunited with his owners in the early hours of 8 September 2014

Posting on behalf of rescuer.

Male Shih Tzu found in the evening of 7 September 2014 in Ara Damansara - near the construction site heading towards Tesco. Looks fairly young, but not sure of exact age. Was wearing a collar and looks well-groomed.
