Found by mom's friend during her morning walk session along Jalan St Thomas, Jalan Ipoh on Friday morning (5/9) Followed her all the way through her walk. She couldnt keep it as she was living in a high-rise condominium.

Hence I am fostering it for the meantime. Looking for the owners preferably, as there is a collar on the dog.Looks like a mix between a GSD and a miniature pinscher to me.
