My muslim friend saw a sad looking dog walking around her neighborhood and asked for my help. The dog was super friendly, but didn't have shelter, food or water.
On the day I went to inspect it and take it home and foster it, I noticed that it had a collar impression on it's neck but no collar. I asked my friend and she found out later that it used to be one of her neighbor's dog, but the owner moved away and just left the dog to fend for itself.
This is my first time fostering a dog, so I'm very inexperienced. I have 2 rescue dogs of my own but they can't get along with Raichu. I don't think I can keep Raichu for long, cause my parents are pressuring me to get rid of it, but I can't!!! I've already made it my duty to find this innocent beautiful soul a good loving forever home. It's my passion in life to help animals. It makes me sad that my parents can never understand my love for animals and my need to care for them.
Raichu is a wonderful dog, friendly towards all children and adults(humans of course). Dogs, not so much. He is suitable for indoor living as well as outdoors. He doesn't seem to like dog food that much, but accepts rice. He doesn't mind baths and he is really easy to walk. All in all, a perfect beginner's dog.
Well, He was for adoption, but no one wanted him, and he is doing much better with my other male dog... Yeah! You guys just missed a great opportunity to care for this wonderful dog. PEACE!
