hi, just nak tanya.. if we must bring pets that we've adopted from you back to your store to be neutered at 6 months of age, is it mean that you all yang biayai financial utk neutered tu? or, we must pay it back to you?

Neutering pets at veterinary clinics costs about RM200 plus minus. We are able to get this service for RM60, that's why we urge customers to bring their adopted pets (from One Petz Pet Store) back to us.
The pet owner is to finance this discounted price.

Do you allow people from outside of Penang to come and adopt?
I live in Shah Alam and are willing to travel there and adopt her.
But of course the journey is long and I travel by car, so I need to ask first if you allow that.

We will consider having adopters from outstation if the adopters can agree and apply whatever that's written in our terms and conditions.
For instance, we won't be able to personally check on them (which is something we do to keep track of the welfare of the adopted pets) so we can only accept adopters that we trust will keep the kittens indoors at all times and spay/neuter them once they are of age.

We would also need updates on Cutie such as WhatsApp pictures and such to make sure she's taken care of and happy as we don't wash our hands off pets that are adopted from our store.

The charges for Cutie:
RM10 (adoption fee) + RM70 (vaccinated) + RM100 (deposit)
= RM180
