Hi Evinna! If you want to be certain that these pups don't go to a breeder, might I suggest neutering/spaying them before putting them up for adoption, and then asking an adoption fee to cover the cost? It's really the best way to ensure that they don't end their days in a puppy mill. Best of luck finding great homes for them!
