Oreo was dumped at a shelter in Kuala Selangor because his owners didn't want him anymore. He is a good, calm dog and deserves a good loving family that will love him unconditionally and never leave him again. He is loving and will be very loyal to his owners. If interested in giving oreo a good home please call me. Only serious adopters will be entertained. No caging or chaining allowed.

Hi Vivien, we have no idea. He was just left outside our shelter. He is very healthy and a sweet boy no idea why anyone would dump him.
