Ran out of the house during heavy thunderstorm, through the garbage door, around 6pm on 5/6/2014. Sandy is an elderly dog and has weak eyesight and hearing. Has good appetite but sensitive digestion. Skin allergy has caused its fur to be slightly patchy. There's a lump under her throat, also due to the allergy. She's also terrified of thunder.
