I saw this dog wondering around my neighborhood for a few weeks. It appears like it is lost, sleeping under cars and at the park.

It looks like the dog is getting thin with a slight limp. The dog wears a collar, suggesting that it once had a master. How it got to my neighborhood is anyone's guess.
