He loovveesss the attention.. you try to take the chain, he nibbles on it.. you try to take his plate, he will nibble on it.. you try putting your hand near his mouth, he will nibble on it, very very gently, feels more ticklish..

He was caught by the council and rescued from the pound.. he needs a home.. poor boy has been waiting for more love..
