Description:
He is very active, mischievous and playful. He's very curious so he likes to explore new places during his daily floor time out from his cage. He have a habit of playing with his water bottle (or maybe his current nipple drinker is big), so he always make his chin wet (and no, he is not sick as he never showed any sign of illness). He will chew off his fur under his chin, I think it's because the wet fur makes him uncomfortable but he doesn't have barbering habit that I know of (I used to put him with a long fur cage mate and she never got barbered). Also, he is self toilet-trained (he knows how to pee mostly in his toilet if you provide him with one, I can give you his old toilet which he is currently using but it's kind of dirty as he has been using it since he was small, please ask for his toilet if you want it, I'll give you for free). I wish to help him find a experienced guinea pig lover or pet lovers who are truly passionate about animals and are willing to learn more about guinea pigs to understand their needs.
Diet: Oxbow Cavy Cuisine Adult Guinea Pig Food, Genesis Guinea Pig Food, Timothy Hay, Oxbow Organic Meadow Hay, green capsicum and some other fresh vegetables daily, fresh grass, some small treats (optional).
The hays should be given continuously/daily but please pay attention to the amount of food/pallet you provide him with (he is a big eater but that does not mean you should feed him the pallet non-stop as too much can cause problem especially kidney stone as a result of high calcium in the food/pallets. As for the veggies, please do some research on what veggies are suitable for guinea pigs as some are considered unsafe for guinea pigs.
