What I did was:
1. Emailed and sms all all your friends in the area to spread the word
2. Post on facebook
3. Call your local majlis perbandaran. to ask if they have taken them
4. call SPCA
5. Put up flyers near your local vets. (this is what help me find my dog) the person that found my dog took my dog to the vet.
