This cat has been hanging around my neighborhood for quite some time.

I noticed her because she stands out from other cats in the back lane, and looks like she is wearing a cape. She is also very human friendly and likes to be petted.

I have spayed her, so that she can stop littering. I have 3 dogs of my own and thus cannot adopt her myself.
