After much anguish, putting up flyers on noticeboards, shoplots, etc.. and engaging a Flyer distribution company to send out 10k flyers to the surrounding residential area, Yuri was found.

He was taken in by a lady who was visiting her parents in Sri Gombak and transported him back to Cheras. Her brother notified her that the owner was looking for him and she called me today to let me know that Yuri was in Cheras and I could pick him.

Yuri is now safely back home and thank you all for giving me the information to find him.

Aw...that's a great story. Not many found dogs. It's depressing to see the no. of lost pets.
