SOS: FOSTERER/ADOPTER NEEDED URGENTLY!!

I'm in need of kind soul out there to foster/adopt this poor puppy which I rescued from the middle of the road in Seri Kembangan with bleeding paws.
I have taken the puppy to the vet to get it treated. According to the vet, the puppy might have been a victim of hit & run case. The puppy is currently boarding at the vet and will be there for A WEEK ONLY!! I can't keep the puppy for too long as I'm living in an apartment.
I'm willing to assist with the puppy's medical bill if someone is willing to foster/adopt.
