This poor female dog was found tied to a gate in Jalan Azyze in Tanjung Bungah two days ago (16 Jan 2014). It was found with fresh surgery stitches on the right inner elbow and belly and had a protector cone on the head. It also has a very bad injury on the leg. This white dog has a yellow flea collar on too. We believe she has an owner. A kind lady who stays next to the house where the dog was tied up, tried to feed her but the dog refused to eat nor drink.
