Noel is named for the Christmas season during which he came into our neighbourhood. Wandering starved and frightened, our neighbours fed him and sheltered him and then we took over his care. He is a very playful puppy, great with young kids (my daughter loves him!) and a smart little cookie. The vet has given him a clean bill of health, and now he is looking for his forever home with a family.
