The Shih Tzu is found wandering along Jalan Pudina Bangsar, near Bangsar Shopping Complex, at 1 am 7 December 2013. A very well demeanor and friendly dog. Likely to be trained by the owner before.
It follows people and would not rush out from the opened gate.
Hope someone can help to locate the owner or find a better home for him.
He is now put at PAWs.
