updates: Lulu is now in Furyy Friend's Farm. fostering by Phoenix. she's bearing all her expenses. At the same time, she's still available if there's a new home for her. thanks to all.

she will be put to SLEEP in few days time !

firstly, i did not rescue this dog, and i've never seen her. im going to c tomorrow since my shop is near the vet clinic where she is at now.

I saw someone posting her on a chinese website. according to the post, this dog's owner is moving and dun wan the dog anymore. so, the owner brought her to the vet clinic and asked the vet to put her to sleep.

not sure about the real reason, maybe is because she's getting old. god knows ....

it is free adoption. PLEASE, if there's anyone willing to take her. please c her at

this is very heartbreaking and utterly inhumane of the owner of 7 YEARS! =( someone please help Lulu! if not for adoption, perhaps someone could willingly foster her while she awaits a permanent home. maybe you could try and contact some independent rescuers or any other relevant parties. i hope for the best for her.

Mystery, you ask why no one has a heart, then you say that you cannot take the dog because you live in a condo. I believe there are a lot of people with very compassionate hearts who would love to give this dog a good home, IF THEY DIDN'T ALSO LIVE IN CONDOS! I know of one such person. *sigh* Damned condo regulations.

I want but again I'm trapped in a condo. So guys remember, if u are planning to keep a dog in the future, never ever consider condo. God Bless You, Little Dog!!!

Hi All, ar ar... dun engage again in any arguments ya... everyone here has a point. not all wrong and not all right k.mystery, i agree there are ppl that "onli talk" and i also agreed that there are also ppl who really really wanna help but living condition not permits. *Im neutral k...*

ok, back to Lulu, i went to c her yesterday with rebecca, she's such a nice girl, good temperament. according to the vet, the owner thinks that it is hard to find lulu a good owner since she's getting old and is just a mongrel dog (she isn't any golden/lab mixed at all though). So the owner worried that the new owner will one day give up on lulu and she'll end up wandering on the street just like other strays. SO... since getting old, she chose to end her life instead of giving her a single chance to may have suffered in the future. Im not sure if this is the "TRUTH" but if it is the owner doing this out of kind intention, but using a method that most of us cant accept. but what im thinking is... if the owner is really that bad, he/she would just have to dump lulu out of the house and then she gets to choose if she wants to live or die. i dunno if im right, whatever it is no one really knows what's happening behind the scene except for the vets (or perhaps not, maybe just the owner / lulu knows it better)

What we need to focus now is to solve the "put the sleep " matter first.

well, rebecca is thinking of temporary fostering her IF still cant find owner for her. ** the vet said lulu's owner has paid 2 weeks boarding fees, they'll not choose to put her to sleep, but cant guarantee that the owner might bring lulu to another vet and put her to sleep. SO guys/gals we have 2 weeks' time

Mystery,
u r rite bout y only do talk but no action.
BUT if nobody help the poor doggy to pass the word around, then her chances for living is 0%.
Even if u bank in 100 monthly to the new owner, i don think the doggy will live happily also.
The new owner may only wish to have ur 100 contribution only. and then the doggy maybe will be cage or tie in some places for the rest of her life. or being abuse without even u knowing it.
Will u willingly go to check the doggy condition if u contribute ur 100 regurlary?
And yes u r rite if it's pure breed, the chances for being adopt are higher but then this is the fact. she is a mongrel and the world is cruel. But then that is y he need help desperately.
I myself also adopted an unwanted shih tzu but not because he's cute or wat.
It's bcos his skin disease are very serious and need help desperately.
So... will anybody adopt any pure breed with health problem?
It's the same condition with a perfectly healty mongrel, mystery.
chances 50-50 if we help.
0 chance if we don help a little at all.

y don u contribute ur money to the needy.
Human or animal is the same.
We all got life. We all want to live ur life.

Good one vivi.

Rebecca's idea is gd, but juz hope dat sum dog owners out there don get inspired by dis "gd intention" here, put them up for adoption if u really cant kip them anymore.

mystery, her owner's request to the vet is to put her to sleep. not put there for adoption. ACCORDING to the vet, they convinced the owner to hold it first and try to get adoption, put "put to sleep" to last resort. that's y she was paid 2 weeks boarding over there.

as for the contact, sorry chino i dun have. because i dun personally know the owner, i saw this adoption on a chinese forum, so i helped to post it here. But i think the vets wont give us the contact even if we ask for it. As i said.. we dun even know what happen behind the scene and is this the real story or is the owner really does exists :)

ure rite deki, we cant take it for granted tat rebecca can foster lulu. same thing with Molly Sue. dun expect lynette can keep her permanently. we shall not give up looking for owners for them. Lynette and Rebecca are kind enuf to provide them temporary home. we should appreciate their help and at the same time, help the to look for a permanent home.

Mystery,
even though i may sound mature and reasonanble in here but the truth in the real world might not be.
To me of cos it's easy to talk than do, but then other than help to promote those poor doggy what can u do? Not all people can afford or even held out their hand to help those poor doggies even if they wish to.
I am not a very good owner myself but still i will try my best to keep them happy if i still can.
So to me--- anne, rebecca, lynie, acsyen.
They are the one who reach out to help the needy. We should all try to help them instead of getting out of topic everytime.
God bless to u guys.
Wish the poor doggy will find a good owner soon.
:)

She is a 7 years old dog, she has been happy and cheerful life with her master since she was a puppy. She new that she is just a dog, she do not have the chance to make decision either she want to live or not.

Since the 1st day her master adopted her from the street, she new that she has past her life to her master.

In fact, she hope she can live longer life, she hope she can have time to play with her master and she hope that her master allow her to guard the house and protect the whole family. If her master allow her to beg the responsibility she will definitely beg her responsibility (take care of kids, watch the house from danger, etc. Although she is happy with the family and she has consider herr master as one of her family and she did hope this can last forever but she could not speak, she cant speak human language. She doesn't has the chance to speak to her master because she is a dog..Master think she should die then what to do? she will just need to die..Master think that her life should be end now and not to continue, she can just quiet and yes she need to accept. becoz her life is not for her to choose either she want to live or not.

We are human, dogs are animals..In the reality now, human control dogs and other animals. No matter is pedigree or mongrel, they are animals, we are the one to determine their life. the good life or the bad life is not depend to them, they cant even make their choice.

P/S: Adopt an animal, adopting a life, treating them as one of your family, please give them a choice to live with a cheerful and happy life. They beg the responsible for you and please beg your responsible for them as their owner. If you have your own kids will you put them to sleep when you do not have times to take care them? A kid is a life so with the dog is also a life.
