Muffin is cute and manja. She loves human attention and is always playing. She also loves drinking milk and sleeping. Future adopter must spay the puppy when she is 5 months old (we will come and check). No caging or chaining is allowed, puppy must be allowed to run freely in the house compound. Only serious adopters will be entertained.

Should be. I have heard dogs from some units around my apartment area. As long as the canines are not roaming around freely, should be ok.
