------------------------------------------------
Beagle was previously being fostered by his rescuer before handing over to us. He was found abandoned along Jalan Kepong and the rescuers couldn't locate his owner after multiple attempts. The vets estimated him to be around 5-6 years' old.
His colour: mainly brown and white with a hint of black. In general, he is friendly, quiet (a rare find in Beagles as they are usually noisy) and gentle - a wonderful companion for your other dogs or kids. He walks well on leash and he does his business on the grass. He is rather timid as well. He is also increasingly cheerful and playful day after day. Unlike typical Beagles, Casper is not as stubborn and a mere 'No' will get him to stop doing whatever he's not supposed to do. He responds well to 'Come'.
His dewclaws on hind legs are slightly swollen but he's not in pain and it doesn't bother him. No infection spotted. The vets say it's not a problem but adopter should be aware to keep his toe nails trimmed properly to avoid infection.
If you can provide him with a loving home (no cages or unnecessary tie-up), please drop us a message.
Note: Serious adopters only. You must be prepared to commit for the rest of his life, feeding reasonably good food, keep his vaccination, deworming, heartworm prevention up-to-date, allow him to exercise, and be prepared to spend on medical bill in the event he falls sick. We strongly suggest a 1-month trial to see if it's a good match. Please obtain full support from everyone in your household before contacting us.
If you can't provide the necessary, please do not bother to contact us. Examples of unacceptable reasons/ excuses: 1. Can I adopt as a gift to my girlfriend? 2. My parents changed their mind & now I can't adopt. 3. My mother-in-law/ mother/ grandma/ aunt is hospitalized, all of a sudden, I am unable to adopt. 4. I'm a student living in an apartment, can I own him for 1 year & return?
Please bear in mind that I will expose you if you behave so irresponsibly.
