I am only a volunteer from Second Chance dog shelter (formerly known as Pawsmission) and I help photograph these dogs. But from my view of Chuckie is that he's a loveable dog who enjoys seeking attention from humans and is always curious about his environment and knows how to mingle with other dogs.
