ManekiNeko   Jul 9th 2013 at 11:14AM Hi, Anushia -- great job getting the puppies adopted! Is there any possibility that you can catch and spay the mum? There are a few NGOs which are offering subsidies for spaying/neutering stray animals, if that helps. :-)

Hi ManekiNeko We were hoping to get the mother dog spayed after all the puppies are adopted. Could you give me the names of the NGOs you're talking about please? It would be helpful for us because there are quite a number of dogs around my place. Thank you!
