Oreo the cute black and white 5-months-old male puppy is up for adoption.
I believe he is abandoned by his owner because he is very friendly to human and is very attached to human.
He is very clean,very active and healthy.I am not sure if he has a breed because his fur is smooth and shiny.
He wigs his tail and smiles whenever someone approaches or plays with him.
I can't stand watching him wandering in my area. He clearly deserves more.
