2 weeks old kittens found at the playground this morning. The playground is a dumping ground for unwanted kittens, it looks like the perpetrator(s) is dumping it younger & younger perhaps to reduce it's chances of survival. 1 had been mauled to death, prob by a dog, by the time they were found.
