31 May 2013 updated: Isabel has been adopted by Feexa!
Isabel was found in a drain meowing in distress and alone in the middle of the night of 9 May 2013.
I took her to the vet for a check-up and she was given a clean bill of health. However, she's too young to be vaccinated. Other than being dewormed, she has been Frontline-sprayed to protect her against fleas. Her weight was 0.35kg and the vet estimated her age to be younger than 1 1/2 months old as of 11 May 2013.
She's eating kitten kibbles and drinks water. I'm also feeding her Vetri-DMG and 'Pets Own' milk. She already knows how to use the litter box.
She's in the process of being domesticated and will be brought to adoption drives (two to date) to socialise her. As a result, she now purrs when she's held.
The adopter must agree to the following conditions:
1) Spay Isabel upon 6 months of age.
2) Vaccinate Isabel yearly to protect against diseases.
3) Apply spot-on medication (Revolution recommended) monthly to protect against ticks/fleas/ear mites/stomach worms/heartworms.
4) Adopt from location at Sunsuria Avenue, Kota Damansara.
Please note that the adoption fee will only partially cover her vet and food bill and will go back into a rescue fund to help other furkids.
If you're interested to adopt Isabel, please contact me through petfinder.my and please do tell about yourself especially your cat ownership experience.
