Your next best thing to do now it to print as many flyers as possible and stick it in people's letterbox and paste it up in places around your areas, on tree trunks, distribute to shops owners, mamak stalls, etc... you need to reach out to areas SS26, SS25 and SS24. On top of that you need to post as many Missing Dog posts in various websites, so that you can reach out to more people. The sooner you act on it, the higher your chance of finding your dog. Since your dog is a shih tzu, the chances of people taking him into their home is also higher. So do keep a look out for your neighbourhood houses as well(that's why flyers in mailboxes with coloured pictures will help). Do not delay. Good luck to you and never give up on your dog.
