this is the 3rd dog abandoned at the guard post where our volunteer stays. Dog was tied under the tree near the guard post, puchong. we suspect someone is stealing dogs and trying to sell them . probably failed to get a buyer and had to start abandoning these poor kids . Pls help find the owner, as we are busy, bulldog is safe in dog house at guard post temp. will get more details when we get her to the vet
