27 January 2013 update: the owner has been found!
This GSD has been found wandering alone in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL on Saturday, 26 January 2013. He's extremely friendly. He was found to have lots of ticks but seemed to be an indoor dog because he would whine to be let inside. He seemed to be house-trained as he would wait to be outside before peeing/pooing on grass. His nails are found to be well-trimmed and short. A visit to the vet has got him Revolution-ed to protect against ticks/fleas/ear mites/heartworms and dewormed. He has been scanned but no microchip has been found. He was wearing a choke chain but no ID tag. The vet estimated his age to be a young 2-year-old. His poo is solid so he's quite healthy.
The fosterer has asked for my help to urgently look for his owner or the dog may be surrendered to SPCA or PAWS.
We're concurrently looking for a fosterer with the intention to adopt if his owner doesn't claim him in a week. One of the conditions is that the GSD MUST be neutered.
