i spotted a white small dog (suspected a missing dog ) behind Publi Bank Gunung Rapat, ipoh. kindly spread this news and help this poor dog. unable to help coz on the way to airport.is a white colour n small
dog. someone nearby told me that the dog has been in the same place for 2days. location is behind public bank gunung rapat,ipoh.just nextto kfc drive Thu. should be a missing dog in view of the belt on his collar. very friendly dog.
