29 December2012 update: Adopted by Tan of Bandar Puchong Jaya!
Three kittens were spotted in my backlane which has been kitten-free for almost a year so it's suspected that they were dumped there. I saw a back neighbour splashing water at them and relocating them to the opposite house because they soiled her outside back floor so I decided to rescue and rehome them. I took them to the vet yesterday and got the following details for Husky:
Weight: 0.7kg
Health: She has been dewormed and Frontline-d against ticks/fleas. She will need to be dewormed again in 4 weeks' time or use Revolution which is effective against ticks, fleas, ear mites, heartworms and stomach worms. The vet noted that she has no ulcers which means she has no telltale signs that she was sick in the past. A temperature check found her to be good. The vet advised that she can be vaccinated in another 4 weeks if rehomed to a single-cat household or as early as in 2 weeks for multiple-cat household.
Food: She can eat kibbles (currently Regal kitten food) and drink water
Toilet trained: Knows how to use a litter box.
Behavior: She is playful and friendly with no feral behavior. She would purr when caressed.
