JiaJia   Mar 22nd 2009 at 10:49AM Ya. I'm 1000%sorry . My neighbor had a puppy so I thought it allows pets. What a pity ! It turned out that my neighbor didn't follow the rules . I owe u and the kitten an apology . I will pray that it will be safe and happy forever . SORRY .
