29 December 2012 update: adopted by Ms Ho of PJ!

The abandoned & neglected dog has been rehabilitated back to this cute, lively and loving dog.

The main adoption conditions are:
1) The adopter should be active on Facebook so that we can get pictorial updates on her and forgo the need for house visits to check on her.
2) The dog must be kept indoors at all times, allowed to sleep in bedroom and not caged or tied up.
3) The adopter should be able keep the pet company most of the day because the dog has separation anxiety and will be very attached to the new owner. Thus, preferably someone who works from home, a house-wife/husband or retired.
4) The adoption fee must be paid in full as it covers her spaying (RM320), vaccination (RM55), deworming & check-up (RM39) costs and receipts will be provided as proof. The adoption fee would go back into my rescue fund to help the next needy dog.

Our preference is for an adopter in the Klang Valley for logistical reasons.
