inveigled   Nov 26th 2012 at 9:28AM Picarro is a really lovely boy. Had the pleasure of fostering him for a few days. If only he was slightly smaller, I would have kept him but I live in a condominium and have another male shih tzu :( Picarro loves his human owner to pieces, hardly barks at all except to announce any strangers. And is so easy to take care of. Just take him for his walks in the morning and evening and shower him with love. And he will love you back unconditiionally.

WingedWolfPup   Nov 26th 2012 at 6:18PM Picarro is such a sweet darling! Truly hope he finds a good home quickly - make sure his future family knows a bit of background regarding terriers before adopting him. Don't want him to end up homeless for a 3rd time. :(
