This 4 years old Blind male Shih Tzu was apparently abandoned in a residential playground.He is totally blind ,despite the Blindeness and what ever this poor dog went through,he is still very loving and sweet.
FeiZai 肥仔(FATTY BOY IN CANTONESE) needs a home where he will be provided the care he needs.Please give him the caring, forever & loving home he deserves！
