She's very timid and is a very fussy eater. Has a chain collar. She slipped out and may have run away in fear due to some road works in the vicinity. missing since 19th june 2012. Please help

We're still desperately looking for her- please help. She went missing on june 19th 2012- there were some calls - but it wasn't her. We miss her so so much.
