He has had 2 owners. First owner, threw him out constantly and took him back in only to do the same thing again. Now that the first owner has left, another nearby resident took in the dog only to dump him somewhere because the dog was crying throughout the night as it was tied up in the garden. The second owner has 3 pedigrees all of which he keeps inside his house but leaves this mongrel outside in the garden chained up.

The dog is only free to roam when he takes them out for their daily walk. As of 30th Dec 2008, he dumped the dog back on to the streets.

This dog is a male,black mongrel about 2 yrs of age and is very friendly and affectionate. He also gets along well with other dogs and cats. His bad point is that he chases motorcycles.

Oddly, The owner has now taken him back into his home after seeing me trying to coax the dog. So all I can say is that he got re-adopted again.
