Abelard,the Black Sweet Angel was on DBKL euthanized "hit list". DBKL was ready to make sure Apple would never have a second chance at life.

The day before Abelard was scheduled to have her life end without a final word, we rescued her from DBKL and provided her with the opportunity for a forever home.
