Cher is hand raise since 2 days old (umbilical cord still attached.

She was dumped with her brother in a tissue box (see photo) near a rubbish site at Pandan Perdana, Cheras.

Cher is an active, love to play and manja girl. She is toilet trained and is ready for adoption.
