And, Sulow, sad to say the pups would most likely be euthanised at either shelter. The overpopulation problem is extreme, and the shelters are simply overwhelmed. Sharon is doing a very kind thing by fostering them and trying to re-home. Until people really get serious about spay/neutering their pets, a lot of animals are fated to die as strays. :-(
