This is the 3rd time gave birth by the puppies's mommy. My neighbours have often feed those puppies too. But those puppies are stay in the poor condition. Hope you guys can adopt those puppies provide them a warm home. Thanks a lot.

Hi, KanixC -- you will have to take the mother dog to a clinic for the spay surgery. Klinik Kembiri probably has the lowest prices around. You can get more info about the Klinik and what to expect on the SPCA web site, www.spca.org.my.

To answer your question, the mama dog can be spayed only 8 wks after delivery. Put her in a cage and bring her to Klinik Kembiri run by SPCA, tell them that you are a rescuer, and they will give you a low rate for spaying. If you need further help or advice please ask away.
