1 February 2012: Casper has been adopted by Christina of Subang Jaya. Thank you!
Casper, his temporary foster name, was found wandering on the streets in November 2011 and despite our best efforts to locate his owner including contacting MKA (Casper has microchip) and his breeder, we were unable to trace his owner.
As we are sure that we have exhausted all avenues to search for his owner and waiting for at least 2 months, we are now putting Casper up for adoption. His rescuer and I can't keep him because we already have several dogs of our own.
His adoption fee will only partially cover his neutering (already done) cost but the main reason is to ensure that any potential adopter is serious and committed to adopt him. In addition, if you can't afford the fee, then there can be a question whether you can afford to care for a Shih Tzu.
