mbless   Jan 1st 2012 at 1:00AM Yes, the adoption fees is for the neutering, blood test, vaccination and skin treatment. This does not include his special diet, glucosimine to strengthen his hips, puppy vitamins, which i normally bear when i foster an animal. So I think it is only fair if adopter pay for all the animal's vet's bills.
