OMG!!! The dog is so emanciated and malnourished. Don't look as if you are much of a dog owner. Hope you are able to find someone to take him. I have also adopted an abused Rottweiler sometime back. Makes me really angry when I hear of irresponsible owners!

Yes I agree that the dog is malnourished and emanciated. This owner is a damn lousy owner. If you cannot feed the dog well, do not get one in the first place. Real moron.
