trinalgoz   Nov 5th 2008 at 6:25PM If adoption fee could define the adopter's appreciation, i think this ad should be posted in ebay. So that everyone can bid for shaggy and casualgal can also laugh til the end. But shaggy will fall into eternal sorrow for this owner changing game.

hunbeng   Nov 5th 2008 at 10:47PM I saw Shaggy's profile a week before Deepavali and was intent on seeing how he can adapt into my house ... When I went to Alor Star from PJ during Deepavali was told that Shaggy had been adopted ... oooo ... my heart sank would love to adopt Shaggy for my sons ( I have 3 sons ) in Penang , they love dogs ! But after considering that I wouldn't be around most of the time while my sons are in Penang , I am not so sure they can handle Shaggy What is the spproximate cost of feed that he would consume in a week ? Grooming , walks and bath are no problem Of course Shaggy would not be kept outdoors , would you like your family member to sleep outside ? Maybe we could see Shaggy in KL before we decide How shall we see Shaggy ? Thanks

vivi   Nov 6th 2008 at 12:43AM Isn't this shaggy from the owner lifegood? How come he is on the list again and WITH ADOPTION FEE Rm300. The owner lifegood did mention that he's healthy, vaccinated and dewormed already and adoption fee FOC (free of charge). How come need to charge adoption fee? Casualgal, please understand and at least explain to everbody to avoid any misunderstanding. And y do we need to pay $$ to show our apreciation? If u request Rm300 for medical purpose surely everybody will gladly pay for it. But for appreciation?

hunbeng   Nov 6th 2008 at 10:07AM From all the comments posted here I think Serene may either be out of town or not checking her e-mails I do not mind paying the RM 300 just to sort out Shaggy's life , am concerned that he is kept locked or on a leash at all times which is not healthy Probably Serene needs to recover her toll and petrol cost from transporting Shaggy PJ to Alor Star and back to PJ ? Anyway , I am more than willing to pay the RM 300 to solve your problem I am more concerned if the cost of maintaining Shaggy is overly high If cost of maintenance is like a GSD , it may post a problem , if not should be ok Do GR eat normal foods to besides their diet food ? Probably someone can help advise me before I take the plunge Golden Retrievers are good companions for children and should fit into my family as I have 3 young sons but no dogs ellenchan , thanks for your good wishes hsiaoyan , do you have any dogs at this moment ? If you have , will Shaggy fit into the environment ?

the owner jz called me,n he gave me serene's contact number d....i will tried to call her asap.... He told me that casualgal is a friendly and she loves animal very much.. He ask me try to talk to her to waive the fee.....

hunbeng   Nov 6th 2008 at 10:54AM hsiaoyan , Your Garfield and Miko are real cute I did have a cat , Sassy is her name , Persian , bought her from a pet shop when she was 9 months old in 1998 and she is still healthy , bouncy and very proud , maybe is because she is so pretty ! Unfortunately , my wife was pregnant with my first son then and I had to transfer her to my mom Now , my mom does not want to give Sassy back to me ! Sassy was house trained by me and she just loves freshly cooked fish , no leftovers please , she will just smell and walk off Maybe I have pampered her too much until she is now being hand fed by my sister Hee ! Hee ! Hee ! All my family are pet lovers , even my mom and sister They had a dog a Terrier who passed on in 2006 after 17 years and until now my mom still thinks of him sometimes I had a dog when I was very young but that was in the 1960's I sent an e-mail to Serene Lee / Casualgal , hope she replies Thank you

I was also considering lizzie but then lizzie is an acs and acs are just like humans where they love to eat and sleep with humans and no guesses where lizzie would wanna sleep with , right ? sigh ... what to do ... just have to wait until Casualgal replies to her e-mails
