Damar   Oct 24th 2011 at 8:18PM To neuter or not to neuter thats the question. Many professed animal lovers and animal rescuers think is the right things to do but others think its cruel, especially castration. If you wonder why, do some research there plenty of information on the net. This particular owner may think its more humane not to neuter. It is their choice and their right.
