12/11/11 - Bones went on her first "furkid" outing last Saturday. She had a blast and is slowly coming out of her shell. Pictures have been posted on www.cleopatrathelabrador.blogspot.com

We rescued Bones on Sept 11,2011. We found her in the bushes near our house while walking our dogs. She was severely malnourished, had a huge maggot wound in her face, fungal infection, low body temperature and also very low red blood count.
After six weeks of intensive treatment and care, she has put on weight, her wound has healed completely and her blood count is normal.
We think that she could possibly be a ridgeback-boxer cross, but we can't be 100% sure.
She is slightly shy and timid as she must have undergone a pretty traumatic experience before we rescued her. She is looking for a good and loving family who will care for her and love her. And in return she will be a loyal companion.
She will be vaccinated before going to her new home.
Terms and conditions for adoption:
*********************************
1. Adoption fee includes deworming, vaccination and spaying costs.
2. An interview and a home visit will be conducted before Bones is released to her new home.
3. She should not be caged or chained for long periods of time.
4. She must be provided with sufficient food, water, exercise, medical care (if necessary) and clean shelter from the heat and rain.
5. She must be returned to me in the event that you are unable to care for her.
Natasha, you've done a great job with Bones. Amazing how quickly she fleshed out with some love and good food! Best wishes finding a loving home for her.
