18 September 2011 update: I'm happy to inform that my rescued Terrier, whom I temporarily named Harriot, has been adopted by a wonderful expatriate family. I wish Harriot and her new family a happy life together. She will be missed.
The dog was found at Jalan Ipoh, KL, stranded on a thin stretch of grass between a wall and a huge drain with both ends blocked off. She is believed to have been there for at least 3 days. She was starving and dehydrated when I rescued her. She has no collar or dog tag but she's not a stray dog. She's very friendly and would jump up and lick my face.
