Winsent   Jun 18th 2011 at 2:02PM tats becoz gt many resident had report that dog always bark and very noisy.....in the other hand,those resident also said the dogs peeps anywhere and dont want to keep it....the dogs nt mine..is my frn but he nw put at my place 1st
